At Perfume e Body Splash, your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to feel confident in every fragrance purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the fragrance or body splash in its original, unopened box with all protective seals intact to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
